Deposit: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or cash deposit equaling the cost of one night may be used to guarantee a reservation.

Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled 14 days in advance for a refund of deposit. Every effort will be made to rebook the room avoiding this fee. In all cases, $25 administrative fee will be assessed per room per night.

Multiple and extended stay room reservations require a longer notice of cancellation.

Minimum Stay Requirements: 2-night weekend minimum stay and 3-night holiday minimum stay.

Occupancy: 2 persons maximum per room.

Smoking: Garden Grove has only smoke-free guestrooms. Smoking is permitted outdoors only, including private balconies and common deck area.

Children: 10 years and older welcome.

Pets: Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets.

Damage: Guests will be held responsible and may be charged for damages due to misuse or abuse of property including stained linens and heavy cleaning expense or lost revenue due to smoking in the room.
